Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated August 19, 2026

Your Renewal Relief™ appointment reserves dedicated preparation and consultation time.

Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Appointments will end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce the amount of consultation time available.
  • If Renewal Relief™ needs to reschedule an appointment, the client may select another available appointment time or receive a full refund.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments are non-refundable.
  • Payments for completed Renewal Readiness Reviews™, Broker Renewal Capacity Reviews™ and Renewal Relief™ Intensives are non-refundable once the scheduled consultation or working session has been completed.
  • If Renewal Relief™ is unable to provide the scheduled service, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Renewal Relief Advisor™ (digital access)

  • Renewal Relief Advisor™ is a digital access product and is not an appointment-based professional service.
  • Because access is activated immediately following successful payment, purchases are non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by applicable law or where Renewal Relief™ is unable to provide the purchased access.
  • If a technical issue prevents activation of purchased Advisor access, contact hello@getrenewalrelief.com so the issue can be corrected.
  • If Renewal Relief™ is unable to provide the purchased access, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
  • Advisor access expires 90 days after activation. Expiration of the access period does not qualify for a refund.
