Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026
These Terms govern your use of getrenewalrelief.com and the services offered by Renewal Relief™. By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
Website use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit.
Free assessments and educational resources
The Employer Renewal Readiness Scorecard™, the Broker Renewal Capacity Check™ and the Renewal Relief Toolkit™ (including the Renewal Roadmaps™ and Delegation Matrices provided within it) are free educational resources. They are provided for general informational and planning purposes only.
- A free assessment result is not insurance advice, legal advice, tax advice or a guarantee regarding your renewal.
- Results reflect only the answers submitted and are limited by the scope of the questions asked.
- Toolkit materials are provided for your own internal organizational use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Paid professional services
The Renewal Readiness Review™ ($247), the Broker Renewal Capacity Review™ ($397) and the Renewal Relief™ Intensive ($997) are paid professional services delivered as scheduled consultations with a written deliverable.
- Purchasing a Review does not include done-for-you renewal execution, implementation or ongoing operational services. Those are separate engagements.
- Deliverables are based on the information you provide; the quality of the outcome depends on the accuracy and completeness of that information.
- Renewal Relief™ does not guarantee any specific insurance, carrier, pricing, renewal or business outcome.
- Renewal Relief™ does not replace your broker, agency, legal counsel, accountant or other advisors.
Renewal Relief Advisor™
Renewal Relief Advisor™ ($97) is a self-directed digital renewal workflow tool, not a scheduled professional service. It provides 90 days of access and allows users to manage up to 5 active renewals at a time.
- Access begins after successful payment and activation and expires 90 days later.
- Archived renewals do not count toward the 5-active-renewal limit.
- After expiration, existing renewal records remain available in read-only form.
- Creating, editing, analyzing, re-analyzing or otherwise updating renewals requires active access.
- Advisor provides workflow guidance, status indicators, action prompts and organizational support based on information entered by the user.
- Advisor does not provide insurance, legal, tax, underwriting or carrier-specific advice.
- Advisor does not replace the user's broker, agency, carrier representative, legal counsel or other professional advisor.
- Users remain responsible for confirming carrier requirements, underwriting requirements, deadlines, eligibility, rates, plan information and final renewal decisions with appropriate licensed or authorized parties.
- Advisor access is licensed to the purchasing account for use by the authorized account holder and may not be resold, transferred, shared with unauthorized users, or used to provide unauthorized third-party access.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, current information at intake and for attending your scheduled appointment. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), medical information, Social Security numbers or sensitive employee health information through this website.
Payment
Payment is required before paid professional services are scheduled or before paid digital access is activated, as applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Renewal Relief™ does not collect or store complete card numbers. Prices are in U.S. dollars. For Renewal Relief Advisor™, successful payment activates the applicable 90-day access period for the purchasing account.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual property
Renewal Relief™, Renewal Relief Advisor™, the Renewal Readiness Scorecard™, the Broker Renewal Capacity Check™, the Renewal Relief Toolkit™ (including the Renewal Roadmaps™ and Delegation Matrices), the Renewal Action Plan and the Broker Capacity Action Plan™, together with all related proprietary assessments, scoring methodologies, workflows, action plans, tools, downloadable materials and website content, are the property of Renewal Relief™. Materials may be used internally by the client or organization that received them and may not be copied, resold, republished or distributed without written permission.
Third-party services
This website relies on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing (Stripe) and appointment scheduling. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. Renewal Relief™ is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renewal Relief™ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website, free resources or paid services. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
